The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd Respondent police to the 4th Respondent, the Additional Superintendent of Police, CBI/EOW, Chennai.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent would show that the investigation is in progress. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
