ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, Trichy District to dispose of the above E.P.No.12 of 2020 in O.S.No.154 of 1995 as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Report was called for from the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, as to the stage of the E.P.No.12 of 2020. A report is received from the executing Court stating that after hearing both sides, the matter is posted to 04.03.2024 for passing orders.

3. In view of the above report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs.
