O R D E R

On the complaint of the petitioner, the respondents have registered a case for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2015. The status report filed by the respondents informs that after due investigation final report has been filed informing the complaint has been closed as "mistake of fact". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has preferred a suit in O.S.No.162/2014 before the Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam and has obtained an order of injunction against the offending party and the same is in force.

3. In the circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed, with a direction to the petitioner to inform particular instances of danger to life of property at the hands of the opposite party. There upon the respondent shall afford protection to the petitioner and at his cost.
