: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's husband namely, Balasubramanian (Detenu) is aged about 45 years, either in person by body before this Court from the illegal detention of the 2nd respondent and thereupon set him at liberty.

ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Balasubramanian aged about 45 years is in the illegal detention of the second respondent and therefore, this petition has been filed. 2.Today, Ms.C.Judy, Inspector of Police, Thisayanvilai Police Station, is present.

3.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent police have not taken the detenu, viz., Balasubramanian into their custody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
