ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.433 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the investigation is going on in an effective manner and he would submit that final report will be filed within a period of six months.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the said submission, the respondent is directed to file final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
