ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 28.07.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.11603 of 2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent herein that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents have filed an intra-court appeal in W.A.(MD).No.1551 of 2024 and an order of interim stay has been granted in C.M.P.(MD).No.12173 of 2024 vide order dated 11.09.2024. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal.
