These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings so far this petitioner in M.C.No.148 of 2014 pending on the file of the Court of II Class Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram as an abuse of process of Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous, these petition are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
