ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in P.R.C.No.11 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in so far as the petitioners herein and quash the same as illegal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the prosecution has filed the additional charge sheet on 14.02.2023, altering the cases from 306 IPC to 294(b) and 304(B) IPC.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the liberty may be given to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet. 2/4
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the additional charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16.02.2023 NCC :
