Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.89 of 2017 in Crl.A(MD) No.3 of 2017, dated 28.2.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/State and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.This Court while ordering suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P (MD)No.89 of 2017, dated 5.1.2017, had directed the Petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a week., i.e.,on every Sunday. 4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 23.1.2017.
5.considering the fact the Petitioner is regularly complying https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with the conditions regularly, the above said condition is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal.
6.This Petition is ordered accordingly.
