J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the relief sought for by the appellant has now become infructuous, as the election has already been conducted and the new office bearers have also taken charge of the Society and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the

communication, dated 06.12.2024, received from the second respondent, before this Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant died.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
