Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 21.05.2017.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 28.04.2017 onwards https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the investigation is still pending.

3. The petitioners charged for the offences under Sections 120 (b),406,409,417,420,471,294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.92 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. sd/- 18/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
