ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to quash the case in C.C.No.278 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of trial, the case in C.C.No.278 of 2019 was disposed of and the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 were acquitted vide judgment, dated 09.09.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
