ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the 2nd respondent police is harassing him and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.27 of 2024 from 23.01.2024.

3. The respondent police is not supposed to keep the petition/enquiry pending for more than four weeks. The petitioner and the private respondents are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is expected to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police is expected not to harass the petitioner.
