ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to secure his sister, viz., Sugapriya, D/o.Rasu, aged 16 years. 2.Mr.G.Rajesh Kannan, Inspector of Police, Palanichettipatti Police Station, is present.

3.Though the matter is not listed today, since the detenue was secured by the police, the matter was taken up for hearing. 4.The detenue, viz., Sugapriya, was present and on enquiry, she stated that she is willing to go with her parents and the custody is given to her parents.

5.This Court places on record its appreciation to Mr.G.Rajesh Kannan, Inspector of Police, Palanichettipatti Police Station, for taking effective steps to secure the minor girl. 6.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
