No.1717 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.24811 of 2015 concerned in Crime No.857 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadaserry Police station, Nagerkovil Kanyakumari District the respondent herein.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
