ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The petitioner has come before this Court seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to secure and produce the person or body of the detenu, the petitioner's minor daughter, namely, Manimegalai, daughter of Velusamy @ Muthukaruppan, aged about 17 years before this Court and hand over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the custody to the petitioner from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 to 6.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, who, on instructions, would submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 30.04.2019, the detenu was produced before the jurisdictional Court and thereafter, the custody of the detenu was also handed over to the petitioner.
