ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.100 of 2018 pending on the file of Thoothukudi South Police Station to any other independent agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.100 of 2018 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin on 13.08.2021, itself.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
