RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the petition by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6447/2017 dated 25/05/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJAPRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accident, the petitioner has sustained fracture in his arm and

therefore, he could not appear before the trial Court daily and therefore, the condition may be modified.

4.Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is, accordingly ordered.
