B.PUGALENDHI, J This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to secure her husband/detenu namely, Chandran, aged about 50 years.

2. Today, the Sub Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the alleged detenu Chandran was remanded to judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ custody in Crime No.42/2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II,

Nagercoil, on 02.04.2019.

4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
