O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision preferred by the petitioners dated 10.11.2025, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the filing of this Writ Petition, the revision petition dated 10.11.2025 filed by the petitioners has been returned on the ground of delay and that the petitioners will re-submit the revision along with a petition to condone the delay, which may be directed to be disposed of.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that if the petitioner submits a fresh application as stated above, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the first respondent

4. Recording the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file a fresh revision petition. If the Page No. 2 of 4

petitioner files a fresh revision petition, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after conducting an enquiry on its merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of such petition. It is needless to state that before passing any order, the first respondent shall provide a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the private respondent and to any other interested parties who may be affected by such decision. There shall be no order as to costs.
