ORDER

(DELIVERED BY P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner, the mother of the detenue, Priyanka, aged about 16 years, to secure and produce her before this Court and hand over set her at liberty .

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her minor daughter, Priyanka, went missing on 21.3.19, and on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.85/2019 for 'girl missing' was registered. Since the police did not take effective steps to secure the girl, this habeas corpus petition has been filed.

3. Today, the police produced the detenue, Priyanka and when we enquired her, she stated that she had gone to her friend's house after the exam and that she is now willing to go with her mother. In the above circumstances, since the detenue is a minor, and that she expresses willingness to go with her mother, viz., the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner herein,, custody of the detenue is handed over to the mother.
