This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No. 207 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 12.03.2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
