ORDER

B.PUGALENDHI, J It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter, viz., Sannasimuthu, aged 17 years, was found missing from 30.03.2019, for which, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.22/2019 on 30.03.2019 for 'girl missing'. Since the respondent police has not acted upon the said complaint to secure the detenue, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this petition.

2.Mr.Sivasubramanian, Sub Inspector of Police, Masarpatti Police Station, is present.

3.Though the matter is not listed today, since the detenue was secured by the police, the matter was taken up for hearing. 4.When we enquired the detenue, she has stated that she had gone to her relative's house and has returned and that she is willing to go with her parents. Accordingly, the custody of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detenue is handed over to her parents, who are present before this Court.

5.This Court places on record its appreciation to Mr.Sivasubramanian, Sub Inspector of Police, Masarpatti Police Station, who has acted swiftly in securing the minor girl. 6.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
