ORDER

(DELIVERED BY B.PUGALENDHI, J.) The petitioner, father of the detenue, Karuppayi, has approached this Court praying that his daughter Karuppyi is found missing from 3.4.2019 and that he suspects that the 4th respondent might have abducted her.

2. On receipt of notice, the respondent/police has secured the detenue and produced her before this Court. We verified with the detenue and the detenue stated that her parents suspected her and scolded her due to which she left the home and went to her friend's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

house, viz., one Anitha at Coimbatore and staying with her. The detenue has also expressed that she is willing to go along with her parents.

3. In such view of the matter, the custody of the minor Karupayee, is handed over to the parents, viz., the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
