RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9658 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7537 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022 on the file of this Honble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SULTHANBASHA J, Advocate for M/S. AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9658 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7537 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9658 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7537 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two months, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
