ORDER
(DELIVERED BY P.N.PRAKASH, J.) The present habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction to produce the body of Rajankam before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she is the wife of Rajankam, who is under the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent and, hence the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submitted that the said Rajankam was arrested by the Bala Police Station, Kottayam in Crime No.685/2013 for long pending case in Crime No.6/2015 and was produced before the Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Tozhapuzha.
