ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.10.2024, 02.01.2025, 08.01.2025, 16.01.2025 and 21.01.2025 and further direct the third respondent to conduct a proper enquiry and to take appropriate legal action.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already the complaint of the petitioner has been considered and CSR Nos.650 of 2024 and 14 of 2025 were assigned and after enquiry, they were closed. However, in respect of another complaint in CSR No.75 of 2025 has been assigned and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within one week.

Considering the limited scope of prayer of this petition to consider the representation of the petitioner and the respondent also admitted the pendency of the enquiry, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings in CSR No.75 of 2025 within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order. Accordingly, ordered.
4. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
