ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the Charge Sheet in CC No.23 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Paramakudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners had already been acquitted by the trial Court on 05.04.2024.
