Respondent PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the District Collector, Thanjavur, to complete the recovery proceedings as per the warrant issued by the learned Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, in C.M.P.No.5864 of 2012 in M.C.No.10 of 2004, dated 27.12.2013, within stipulated time.

This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to direct the District Collector, Thanjavur, to complete the recovery proceedings as per the warrant issued by the learned Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, in C.M.P.No.5864 of 2012 in M.C.No.10 of 2004, dated 27.12.2013, within stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that as per the warrant issued by the concerned Magistrate, there is no such property stands in the name of the husband of the first petitioner herein. Therefore, the said warrant cannot be executed.
