This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge sheet in STC.No.515 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, at request of the petitioner, it was ordered to post after vacation. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
