This petition is filed for a direction to direct the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act / 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit), Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of their surrender in Spl.S.C.No.91/2019 in Crime No 308 of 2017 on the file of the III Additional District Judge(PCR) Madurai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and also filed final report before the concerned court and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.91 of 2019 and summons have been issued to the petitioners and the matter stands posted on 27.02.2020.
