O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2024 and to direct the second respondent to prosecute against the Respondents No.3 and 4 and their henchmen in the manner known to law by registering the case.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the private respondents for forging the documents. Based upon the said complaint the respondent police have given a CSR No.905 of 2024 dated 16.11.2024 and thereafter no action was taken. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2024 was received by the respondent police and they gave CSR.No.905 of 2024. The respondent police issued summons to the petitioner on 20.11.2024 and 19.12.2024. But, the petitioner did not Page No. 2 of 6
appear for the enquiry. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner was closed on 06.02.2025. Therefore, he prays to dismiss the present writ petition.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition this Court without issuing any notice to the private respondents, inclined to pass orders.
5. According to the petitioner, he made representation to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered by the respondent police. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition. But the respondent police represented that already the petitioner's representation was considered and closed as the petitioner did not cooperate for the enquiry.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the representation of the petitioner was closed. It is appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach appropriate forum and get appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly ordered. Page No. 3 of 6
7. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
