PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry about the theft of the petitioner s compressor along with vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 49 BM 2109 on 05.08.2018 and issue Non Traceable certificate in respect of Crime No.177/2018, dated 06.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry about the theft of the petitioner s compressor along with vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 49 BM 2109 on 05.08.2018 and issue Non Traceable certificate in respect of Crime No.177/2018, dated 06.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was registered in Crim eNo. 177 of 2018 and investigation was completed and after investigation since the respondents are unable to find the accused or property the case has been closed as undetected. He would also submit that if any valid clue surfaces after some time they will continue with the investigation.
