(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN., J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl was secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. Since the victim girl had made allegation against her own parents and her maternal uncle, the learned Judicial Manapparai directed the police to produce the victim girl before the Child Welfare Committee, Trichy, for further proceedings.
