ORDER

The Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, with the consent of parties, at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner, with the grievance that his lands have been classified as Government lands, has given a representation on 06.01.2025 seeking correction of the records and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner's father. The petitioner has given a second representation on 25.01.2025.

3. Considering that the lands have been now classified as government lands, the competent authority, to pass any orders on the representations of the petitioner, would be the District Collector. 2/4

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2025 and 25.01.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
