O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus alleging that the respondents having proposed to lay road in the land adjacent to the land belonging to the husband of the petitioner, they are trying to interfere with the possession of the land admeasuring 0.095 hectare situated in S.No.62/7A belonging to the petitioner's husband situated at Maravamangalam Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that, the respondents are not laying road in the land belonging to the petitioner but it is being formed in the land adjacent to the land belonging to the petitioner and the respondents are no way interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's subject land. He also further submitted that in case, if the respondents are intended to lay road through the land belonging to the petitioner, they will follow the due process of law.

3. By duly placing on record the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 12.02.2025 Index :
