ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents for protect the petitioner's life, now confined at Palayamkottai Central Prison from fake encounter or any other way of extra judicial killing.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's husband has been transferred to Central Prison, Vellore, by proceedings dated 17.02.2020, in No.1235/Tha.Ku.3/2019, passed by the Superintendent of Prison, Palayamkottai Central Prison and the apprehension of the petitioner is not true.

4.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
