(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the Judgment passed in the Writ Appeal, the Management had filed an appeal in Civil Appeal No. 3161 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, whereby the Hon'ble Supreme Court had set aside the Judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court and restored the dismissal order. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in this petition.
