ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 4, none appeared on their behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 2 and 3 have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 62 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of 2/3
