O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the two minor detenus viz., Noornisha, aged about 10 years and Rajabu, aged about 9 years respectively and alleging illegal custody at the hands of her mother, the petitioner came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.When the matter is listed today, the two minor detenus along with the third respondent are produced by the second respondent. The petitioner would submit that she is willing to be with her mother along with her minor daughters and also undertakes to provide them good education so that they could come up in their lives and a similar promise has also been made by the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
