PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 5 to initiate the enquiry and complete the same within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2022.

O R D E R
This writ petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 5 to initiate the enquiry and complete the same within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2022.
2. The earlier complaint that was dismissed due to non-cooperation of the writ petitioner before the Enquiry Officer (District Registrar) who is the fourth respondent herein. The date of closure of complaint is 2020. Subsequent to that the petitioner has given representation dated 2/5
21.12.2022, which is the subject matter of this writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said enquiry will be conducted on the basis of the above said complaint and the petitioner must properly appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry process.
4. Let the Enquiry Officer issue summon to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Enquiry Officer without fail and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry process. Again if any failure is noticed on the side of the writ petitioner, then, further action may be dropped. Even though it is stated by the petitioner to the effect that since because he was threatened by the fifth respondent on the earlier occasion, he could not appear before the Enquiry Officer. This may not be taken into account at this stage. The Enquiry Officer is directed to complete the enquiry process within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner on summons. 3/5
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
