ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction for speedy trial of the case in S.C.No.527 of 2025 pending on the file on the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.IV, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.527 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
