ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.80 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent to CB-CID or any other fair agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the now, the case has been transferred to Assistant Commissioner of Police (AC), City Crime Branch, Madurai on 13.03.2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
