ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Cases, Dindigul, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider her bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.315/2025 dated 25.11.2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The case of the prosecution is that in a prevailing money dispute between the petitioner and the de facto complainant, on 12.03.2025, the defacto complainant called the petitioner to come near Ammanayakkanur company, on which time, the petitioner along with others accused abused him in filthy language by referring his caste name and threatened with dire consequences. Based on these allegations, an FIR has been registered against the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC/ST Cases, Dindigul, to issue prior notice to the de facto complainant and thereafter to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No.315 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
