The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.115 of 2015 within stipulated time.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of six months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
