Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to measure the petitioner's land in S.No.495/6C1D situated at Mavathoor Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the revenue records and with my application, dated 11.01.2022, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to measure the petitioner's land in S.No.495/6C1D situated at Mavathoor Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the revenue records and based on the petitioner's application dated 11.01.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property. She has submitted an application on 11.01.2022, with the respondents 2 and 3, requesting them to survey and demarcate the boundaries in her property. Since the application dated 11.01.2022, has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

W.P.(MD)No.3020 of 2022 3.Heard Mr.Santhanam Rajeshkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the survey and demarcation of boundaries for the petitioner's property is done in the presence of the petitioner and any other rival claimant, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries in the land comprised in S.No.495/6C1D, situated at Mavathoor Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as any other rival claimant, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
