PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to pass an order directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioners complaint dated 03.01.2022 from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies, within the period as stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.01.2022 from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies, within the period as stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2.The petitioner herein has lodged complaint against the respondents 3 and 4 herein before the second respondent. The second respondent on receipt of the same has forwarded the said complaint to the Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the same, the Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, conduct detailed enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
