Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22395 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Ramanathapuram.

4. Considering the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on 20.02.2023 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the court.
