PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2020 within a period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2020 within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.The parties are referred to as per the rank mentioned before the Court below.

3.The petitioner herein/husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.109 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, against the respondent/wife on the ground of cruelty. The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 13.11.2011 at Madurai. Due to misunderstanding between them, the petitioner has filed the H.M.O.P. No.109 of 2020. Both of them living separately.

4.Heard on the side of the petitioner and perused the material documents available on record.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/husband is working in Bangalore and it is very difficult to attend every hearing in Court. Hence, he seeks speedy disposal.

6.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2020, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the Order.

7.With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
