Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents to register the criminal case based on the petitioner's complaint and receipt No.418/2015 on the file of the respondent police against the Teachers, Headmaster and concerned School teachers for their negligence and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to initiate action against the erring teachers.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the criminal case based on the petitioner's complaint and receipt No.418/2015 on the file of the respondent police against the Teachers, Headmaster and concerned School teachers for their negligence and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to initiate action against the erring teachers.

2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.584 of 2015.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.584 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
